Dear Colleagues!
Due to the COVID-19 global outbreak, and as a result of that a ban entry of representatives from China, Iran, South Korea and a limited ban of representatives from some other Asian countries to the Russian Federation, a decision was made to cancel The 13th International Conference of the ASIAN CONGRESS OF NEUROLOGICAL SURGEONS in May 21-24, 2020 and to postpone it till the epidemiological situation improves.
